Mo N. ElDeiry, Esquire

Mo N. ElDeiry has been practicing law in Broward County since 1997. Presently his practice is focused mainly and exclusively on representing clients in the area of estate planning and probate.
Throughout his career, Attorney ElDeiry has represented clients in real estate, personal injury, bankruptcy, probate, and other legal matters and has developed a wide range of background and experience to advise, counsel, and support his existing law clients.
Prior to attending law school, Attorney ElDeiry worked for five years in public accounting. In 1998, he fulfilled his lifelong goal and opened his own law practice in Fort Lauderdale.
Attorney ElDeiry earned his undergraduate business degree from New York University in 1988 and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1996. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997 and has been an active member of the Broward legal community and the Florida Bar.
Currently, Attorney ElDeiry is working on several very powerful projects which he created and started, including the development and installation of the Florida Lawyers Network, which is an exclusive statewide networking group of highly-skilled and well-qualified lawyers in each area of practice throughout Florida. Currently, there are several hundred members in this organization throughout the State of Florida.
Wendy Hill ElDeiry, Esquire
Wendy Hill ElDeiry is a third generation native of South Florida. She graduated from the University of Miami with a business degree in 1991 and earned her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1996.
Prior to joining the firm, Wendy began her career with Camner, Lipsitz and Poller in Coral Gables where she focused on banking law and foreclosure litigation. She represented numerous banks and financial institutions throughout South Florida along with wealthy private individuals in hundreds of litigation and foreclosure matters. Today her practice is focused on representing clients in Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probate Administration.
Wendy was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1996 and to the U.S. District Court in and for the Southern District of Florida in 1997. She is an active member of The Florida Bar and the Broward legal community. She is also an active member of the Florida Lawyers Network, a statewide network of highly-skilled and well-qualified lawyers in each area of practice throughout Florida.
Wendy Hill ElDeiry loves to represent her clients in the area of Estate Planning and Probate and gives them great care and attention at all times. A great number of clients are extremely satisfied with the services provided and continue to refer their family and friends to obtain the same great legal services.
As a native Floridian, Wendy has experience with many large boats and is an avid water fan for all water related activities. When she is not representing her clients, she is a great wife and proud mother of four beautiful kids in West Broward.
